This was a comprehensive remodel. The house was a 100 years old and hadn't been updated since. Yes, everything was a 100 years old. The house needed foundation repairs, new electrical panels, wiring, and new plumbing throughout the house. Aside from the structural and mechanical work we did, we also redid the roof, siding, insulation, drywall, and paint. We basically rebuilt and updated the entire home.
