This remodeling project in East Palo Alto came with a series of smart home upgrades. The electrical panels were upgraded and brought up to code to be able to handle the new smart home appliances. Aside from the added tech, we remodeled 2 bathrooms in the home. The shower areas were updated to have a glass enclosures, new shower fixtures, and we redid the tiles in the shower areas. As for the rooms, we redid the floors and painted the walls. The kitchen was upgraded to have a double sink and we updated the cabinetry.
